Erika Van Gemeren & I are excited to take our Sanctuary Yoga Workshops ONLINE. "Winter Solstice Cocoon” Together, we will balance, slow down, and discern this moment, preparing for the turn of the year with themes that will support your inner world and how you relate to your outer world. We will be creating a fresh opening 2021 and honoring the Yule portal. Expect a 2 hour + journey of Invocation, Breath work, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Energy Work, Bhakti/Chanting, and Gentle Vinyasa. And we will conclude with some Journaling, Circle share at 12pm for those who wish. $30~40 Suggested donation ***No one will be turned away for lack of funds, DM us if you would like to request a scholarship. |
TENDING OUR LIGHT

At the heart of this winter we will embrace Yin energy by tending to our Kidney and Bladder meridians, and honoring the Water element. We will awaken our vitality, soothe the nervous system, cultivate our inner flame and cocoon.
This workshop will include Yin Yoga, Slow Flow, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Pranayama, Sound Healing, Chanting, and some Journaling.InnerYoga is an approach to Yoga. It is intended to be practiced on and off the yoga mat. The four foundations of InnerYoga are Awareness, Kindness, Breath, and Ease. Throughout this practice we will be cultivating balance and vibrancy in the subtle body (energetic body) because it is the root of our health and well-being physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Erika, Amber, and Aya are delighted to invite you to a yoga retreat near the Yuba river this summer.
We will be practicing yoga with healing music played live, meditation, kirtan & dance, having some spa time, river time, and enjoying nourishing foods & drinks.
Our intention is to share with you these offerings so you may take some time to go inward, relax & strengthen, swim, detox & nourish yourself. We wish to cultivate a supportive and loving community with you.
Eudaimonia has a very mindfully built spa, and the property is a beautiful sanctuary.
Yuba river with her pristine water, the quartz crystals and the gold is one of our favorite places of California.

Workshop pour éveiller Shakti en préparation pour la Nouvelle Lune de juin.
Shakti est la force créatrice du monde. Cette force peut également être destructrice si non canalisée ou cultivée. Shakti c'est le féminin en sanskrit. A la suite d'un message que j'ai reçu le jour du nouvel an 2012, je poursuis cette cause qui me passionne: l'éveil du féminin. J'ai étudié en Californie avec des grands-mères natives américaines, une femme médecine de la tradition d' Amérique du Nord, beaucoup de formations et de lectures sur ce thème. Je suis actuellement un apprentissage des Arts du Temple (dance indienne, shakti).
Je vous invite à me joindre pour un après-midi dédié à vous honorer. Ce workshop est ouvert à toute personne se considérant être femme.
